-1 sliced cup frozen banana
-1 tbsn Matcha Muscle Original
- 1/2 cup non fat milk (we like almond milk)


1.) Add all ingredients to a blender. Make sure bananas are frozen as it will help keep the drink cold. Blend until smooth and enjoy.
