This delicious recipe is a fruity twist on traditional Matcha Muscle shakes. All you need is a blender and a few simple ingredients. Best in the morning or post workout for in place of a protein shake. Includes one serving (two tablespoons of Match Muscle) which is 8 grams of protein.
- One serving Matcha Muscle ( two tablespoons).
- One apple.
- One kiwi.
- 30g spinach.
- 1/2 tsp mint leaf.
- 2 cups water.
1.) Slice apple and kiwi into small chunks. Leave one slice of Kiwi for garnish. Add all other ingredients into a blender. Blend for approximately 1 to 2 minutes. Garnish with kiwi slice and enjoy!
