Matcha Spinach & Kiwi Smoothie
This tasty recipe is a fruity and deliciously healthy alternative to chalky protein shakes. All you need is a blender, a few simple ingredients, and 5 minutes. Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Matcha Muscle Original
- 1 apple
- 1 kiwi
- 30g spinach
- 1/2 tsp mint leaf
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup ice
Directions
1.) Slice apple and kiwi into small chunks. Leave one slice of Kiwi for garnish. Add all other ingredients into a blender. Blend for approximately 1 to 2 minutes. Garnish with kiwi slice and enjoy!
