Matcha Latte Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of almond flour ( If using coconut flour, use 1/4 cup; I personally prefer almond for baking)
- 2 teaspoons Matcha Muscle Culinary
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon maple extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon monk fruit sweetner (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsweetened full fat coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons oil of melted coconut milk
- 1/2 bar of eating evolved dark chocolate; break into little pieces
- Frosting (optional)
Frosting
- 2-3 tablespoons of monk fruit
- 1/3 cup refined coconut oil or butter
- 1 tablespoons non-dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons of coconut flower (may need to add more to thicken consistency)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of matcha
- Blend in a blender!
