Pineapple Matcha Protein Shake
Aside from it's strange shape Pineapples offer a wealth of nutritional benefits ranging from vitamins, minerals like potassium, copper, manganese, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, thiamin, B6, and folate, as well as soluble and insoluble fiber. Combine this with the 10 Grams of protein and all the antioxidants found in our original Matcha Muscle blend and you have yourself a most powerful (and delicious) shake.
- 1 tablespoon Matcha Muscle Original
- 1 cup frozen pineapple, cubed
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup ice
1.) Blend pineapple and ice in a blender first. Then add Matcha Muscle powder and milk and blend until smooth.
