Vegan Matcha Popsicles
The perfect summertime treat! Our vegan friendly Matcha popsicles are deliciously simple and a great way to add antioxidants into a sweet treat.
Ingredients
1 Cup Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Matcha Culinary
4 Pieces at least 60% vegan Dark Chocolate. Most Dark Chocolate is vegan but some our our favorites our Lake Champlain and Lindt.
Directions
1.) Whisk Matcha Culinary, coconut milk, and maple syrup well.
2.) Pour the mixture into ice block moulds and freeze. Melt the chocolate and let it cool a little, about 5 to 10 minutes.
3.) Drizzle the chocolate over the ice block and it will react with the cold and set immediately.
